This year, I am teaching this practice live in a 90-minute guided workshop.

We will begin with a deep, immersive meditation designed to help you step beyond the present moment and into the perspective of your future self. From there, I will hold protected, spacious time for your writing so you are not watching a workshop and promising yourself you will write later. You will write the letter during our time together.

We will close with a ceremonial letter sealing and guidance for how to return to this letter throughout the year, using it as a touchstone to amplify the power of your words, your intentions, and your inner knowing.

I believe spelling is not only how we arrange letters on a page. It is also the spells our words cast when they are written with attention, emotion, and love.

The live gathering begins at 11:11 a.m. Pacific on January 11. A recording will be provided if you cannot attend at that exact time, though I encourage joining live if you are able. There is a particular magic that comes from writing together, in real time, with intention.
