Tomfoolery Fox Whistle Pinot Gris 2025Grapes are harvested at night to keep them cool for delivery to the winery where they are gently pressed. After cold settling the clear juice is carefully racked to cooled fermentation tanks and inoculated with selected yeasts. Cool fermentation is followed by minimal handling, filtration prior to bottling. Colour: Pale straw with just a hint of varietal blush.
Bouquet: Poached pears and frangipane tart with accents of citrus zest.
Palate: Soft and juicy, with nashi pear fruit, lime juice and blanched almonds on a textural, rounded palate balanced by refreshing acidity.
