Combination 5 (also known as the nerve tonic) contains the 5 phosphates - Calc Phos, Ferr Phos, Kali Phos, Mag Phos and Nat Phos all in a 6x potency. They are usually taken 4 times a day but can be used as often as required when we feel we need them and are safe for children and during pregnancy.
