Since the mid seventies, the super talented Gloria Gaynor has been thrilling audiences the world over. Her stellar voice unlike others, has made massive hit records like “I Will Survive” and “Never Can Say Goodbye”. Her career has lasted now for decades, her fans continually grow every year thanks to the plethora of hit albums, singles and regular concert and dance club appearances, where she still reigns Queen of the Disco era.
A few years ago, she teamed up with her friends like the her producer Don Oriolo and recorded “Gloria Gaynor’s Christmas Presence.” The perennial holiday favorite featured a plethora of Christmas standards like “Winter Wonderland” “The Christmas Song” “O Holy Night” “Joy To The World” and many other stunning tracks.
Friday Music is no stranger to the great artistry of Gloria Gaynor, therefore we are very pleased to announce the first time ever vinyl release of her holiday classic “Gloria Gaynor’s Christmas Presence.”
Produced by Don Oriolo and Mastered impeccably by Joe Reagoso (Al Jarreau/Earth Wind and Fire) from the Melody LP recordings, the “Gloria Gaynor’s Christmas Presence” will be a pleasant surprise to many this holiday gift giving season and beyond.
Originally released only on compact disc, we are pressing this on super limited 2 Lp Christmas Red Vinyl set and featuring the fine album in first time ever LP sized artwork. This soulful classic will be one of the more important Christmas and Holiday albums re-released this year.
