If you are buying for a time sensitive gift (birthday etc) please leave plenty of time to order as we cannot be responsible if your order doesn’t arrive in time.

SCALE. All models are scaled to their creator default unless stated otherwise in the description. If you want them at a different scale please message me before purchasing as this can sometimes affect price if you want something significantly larger or smaller than default size. Please note it is the customers responsibility to know the scale of the models they order. This information is available from the designers. I will not allow returns or refund items if you purchase models and they arrive at a different size than you imagined them to be unless the fault is mine.

BASES. My models DO NOT come with standard blank bases (except scenic bases or scenic elements of bases where specified.) This is to keep costs down as most customers rarely use the resin ones provided and aren't usually game legal size so I don't include them. Pictures of models on bases used in listings are for reference only. A model often comes with a scenic element of their base but not a base itself. Unless the base and scenic element are attached I only include the scenic element from the model.

CUSTOMS CHARGES. Any and all customs charges are the customers responsibility as they are different rules for each country. Please check your countries rules before purchasing.

PRINTERS & RESIN. All my miniatures are printed on an Elegoo mars 3 pro and Elegoo Saturn 3D printers using high grade resin ABS like resin for durability. the models arrive with supports removed and fully UV cured, ready for painting without the need for further washing. Please note this doesn't mean I clean and prep your models for you. Some light hobby clean up is required to remove any excess supports or other such things as you would expect from a model kit. Some degree of modelling skill is required to assemble resin miniatures and would not recommend to children under the age of 14. Resin can also be harmful if ingested. Please be aware of this if you have small children or pets. If the model or parts of a model are too thick we will hollow those pieces to keep costs down and ensure the resin is properly cured.

CUSTOM ORDERS. Please drop me a message if you would like something scaled differently, or specific models from a set etc. I will make a custom listing for you detailing the specifics of your request. Please be aware custom orders can take longer to dispatch than usual.

RESIN SAFETY. All models once printed undergo a 4 stage alcohol wash cycle, air dry for 24 hours and 15 minute curing cycle minimum. No liquid resin can remain on the model and no chemical agents are used. Any alcohol will have evaporated during this process. As such all my models are safe to handle with the due care you’d give any resin model. It is only harmful if ingested. Please take care when using tools on resin models especially if filing or sanding which can create resin ‘dust’ that isn’t good to inhale.
