Ohaus Defender 2500 Portable Drum Scale is a reliable and durable solution for weighing heavy loads up to 250kg. With a powder coated carbon steel platform, built-in access ramps, and four load cells, this scale is ideal for industrial applications. The i-DT25P indicator provides clear weighing results, while the folding stainless steel cleats and integrated wheels make for easy transportation.
For quick transport, the base can be rotated on its side using the stainless steel handles and moved around the shop floor using the two integrated wheels.
Unique Features:
- Our Drum Scales come in five models with two platform sizes of 30” × 30” and 36”× 36”, and capacities from 250 kg to 1250 kg (500 to 2,500 lbs), allowing greater flexibility to best suit your weighing needs.
- Platform constructed of powder coated carbon steel which enables the scale to stand up to heavy industrial use. Items can be weighed on treaded platform or across side rails for larger items.
- Low-profile design with front/back access ramps allow pallet jacks, carts and drums to be easily rolled onto the platform. Integrated high-density polyurethane wheels enable convenient portability.

An average table support.
These table legs are made of "jointed", threaded, 3/4inch steel pipes and it is imperative that they are assembled correctly and evenly; if not, the table will be wobbly and unstable. Need to ensure that the joints are fully tight. The assembly instructions are vague, so you may face some frustration during assembly if you're not too mechanically inclined. It is possible to modify the design of the legs to meet your specific needs, but you may need to purchase additional 3/4 inch piping and couplings at your local plumbing store. Good luck!

A good idea that didn't work out
The pieces are not labeled at all, the paint on the threads makes it difficult to get a good tight fit between the pieces, and the way the pipes are screwed together there are two opposing corners that always bow in an make it look like it's going to fall in. It's also really difficult to make level.
I really wanted to like this because it fit EXACTLY what I wanted to use it for, but I just can't trust it long term which is why I'm giving it 2 stars.

Looks great & saves space

I couldn't be happier with the look and the space it's saving me. It came very well packaged, even with corner guards on the wood shelfs. It was very easy to assemble and attach to the end of my pantry in the kitchen. That space was just going to waste. The ladder shelf fit perfect and looks great. I love the color and texture of the wood grain, it really goes well with the black metal rail. It will be a little wobbly until you get it screwed down to the wall but after that, it's good and sturdy. The instructions were easy enough to read but I still found a couple of parts I didn't use and wondered what they were for? The parts do come numbered but only on the packaging? Not on the part itself which would have been more helpful to some extent. So just keep it all together with it's packaging and you'll have no problems. Very happy with purchase.
