Simple, secure retention from Velcro hook-and-loop lock down strap and laces adapts to varying foot volumes, while a Giro-specific Sensor rubber outsole pairs grip and durability. At the heart of the shoe, the clipless-compatible DH plate with +1mm optimized cleat setback strikes the perfect balance of stiffness and walkability. • Lightweight yet durable, the Microfiber Upper is water‐resistant yet breathable, and supremely comfortable. Paired with a comfortable, non‐restricting, fully‐wrapping bulk free tongue.
• Velcro hook‐and‐loop Powerstrap works in conjunction with laced closure for superior heel lock‐down, added security and support.
• Rockprint reinforcement along the toe and heel offers added protection and durability in high‐wear areas.
• Giro’s proprietary rubber formula maximizes grip and durability without sacrificing low weight. The rubber outsole is co‐molded with the composite plate to deliver a permanent, glue‐less bond.
• The Chamber III custom DH shank features a cleat position that is 10mm further rearward vs. our other MTB shoes. This ensures an even more stable platform for descending, while still enabling efficient pedaling.
