This vintage recipe humbucker is a modified replication of the 1960's era pickup installed in Rory Gallagher's 1964 Gibson Melody Maker and formerly endorsed by the Rory Gallagher estate. Kent has added his preferred modifications that include a flat stainless steel baseplate which has no affect on tone or magnetic field but ensures you won't deal with stripping out the threaded plate and a 4 core lead enabling coil tapping and series parallel wiring for added versatility. The Alnico V magnets and lower 7.3K Ohm resistance give you an aged tone typical of a 50 - 60 year old pickup while maintaining the chime, articulation and noise cancellation you would expect from that era humbucking pickup. Available in chrome or nickel plated metal covers

A "Simpsons" (anti-) activity book
Format: Hardcover
There was obviously care and thought put into the creation of this neat little book. I was expecting something along the lines of the "Book of" series from a few years ago, but this has lots of little cool touches that make it stand out. It is a bit pricey, and you can read the whole thing is an hour or less, but it is a book I would love to revisit from time to time and show to friends, so it's worth the cost.
