Wijnhuis

In Puglia, bij Cignomoro draait het heel bewust om de goede keuzes die maken. Daarbij is er gekozen voor het gebied Puglia en daar de juiste wijngaarden bij en de bijpassende druiven voor dit gebied. De keuze voor deze methode is vanuit oudsher en is een familietraditie die overgaat van generatie naar generatie. 

Door het gebruiken van de nieuwste en modernste vinificatietechnieken staat het wijnhuis aan de top van de wijnen uit Puglia. Deze Negroamaro belichaamt de opmars van het gebied en is een must-have om te drinken en krijgen. Deze wijn is bovendien zo natuurlijk mogelijk gemaakt.

Vinificatie en terroir Cignomoro 50 Vecchie Negroamaro

Deze rode wijn is gemaakt van bijzonder mooie rijpen druiven die vervolgens gekneusd en gefermenteerd zijn in kleine container. Hierbij is de tempratuur van fermentatie gereguleerd om de tannines zachter te houden. Naast een lange schilweking volgt een rijping op tanks. Daarna een opvoeding in Frans eiken en een flesrijping van minimaal 4 maanden.

Not a new personality type -- one of the 16 Myers Briggs types

The author claims to have identified a personality type that differs from the 16 types identified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Among those 16 MBTI types, 8 are extraverts and 8 are introverts. The author refers to those 8 introvert types as a single personality category, and then he tries to differentiate them from the type he proposes: the Otrovert. However, his description of the Otrovert is a detailed, accurate description of one of the 8 Myers Briggs introvert types: the INTJ. So he has not identified a new personality type; he has simply isolated one of the 16 MBTI types and elaborated on it. He does an excellent job of explaining the nuances of the INTJ personality, but he has not identified something new. I would have rated this book 5 stars if it had been presented as a closer look at the INTJ type.
