I would call this a Small / Medium. The material has no stretch and is shaped around the shoulders and tapered in at the waist. I would say the most important areas to measure at the shoulders to waist, waist, across the chest and sleeve hole. I'm a size 5/6 and although I feel like it fits me very well I have the waist clipped in the back about an inch. I'm a 34B and feel like overall it is a bit loose on me. I do have quite a small frame and can sometimes wear an Small dress as well. Something to keep in mind.
